On-line booking
If your on line booking is within 24 hrs please could you phone as well on
01297 32036 or 07771 655526. Please double check your dates of booking.
The tariff includes breakfast. (Christmas Day is Continental Breakfast).
Check-in and check-out
Arrival time 4pm - 10pm
Departures by 10:30am please
Deposit
After you have made your booking a Deposit of 50% of full cost (or full amount for one nights stay) will be taken from card details given. Receipt given on arrival and useful information emailed.
Exclusively for adults.
We cannot accommodate your pets.
Dietry requirements
Nuts are used in some breakfast products. We do our best to accommodate any dietary requirements. If you require soya milk, gluten free bread or non-feather bedding please note on booking form or contact Joy in advance.

Access statement available upon request.
Cancellation policy
Refund given if room/s relet less £10 charge. Cancellations & early curtailment within 7 days (from 4pm of day booking starts) will be charged in full unless room/s relet.
