Guests booking in are politely reminded that those living in Tier 3 & 4 are not allowed to travel due to Government restrictions. If the address you gave on the booking form goes into Tier 3 or 4 and it covers the time you are booked in we will cancel your booking and we will offer to move your booking to a similarly priced seasonal date in 2021.
If you are already booked in and the address on your booking form is in Tier 3, about to go into Tier 3, or looks like being extended over the period of your booked dates, we will contact you 14 days before arrival, to discuss this with you and consider arranging cancellation and finding you a future date – this gives us two weeks to attempt to relet the property to someone else not in Tier 3 or 4, we are a small business and appreciate your cooperation in these difficult times.
If you are taken ill, get Covid 19, have a bereavement or have to self isolate, there are now several travel insurance policies on the market that cover various aspects of Covid and strongly suggest you consider taking out holiday insurance just as you would as if you were travelling abroad. It is easy to get and relatively inexpensive: we have found Stay Sure and Cedar Tree cover aspects of Covid. Please check the policy before purchasing that it covers your requirements.
