Minimum stay 2 nights all weekends and from 1 June - 30 September 2012 (unless there is a 1 night available between bookings).

If room/s relet directly through us for full period booked refund of monies may be given less 10%

If rooms/ relet via an Agency a pro rata refund by be given less 20%.
