River Cottage HQ at Park Farm on Trinity Hill (1.5miles approx)
and
River Cottage Canteen in Axminster town centre (2.5 miles approx)
Please be clear when booking taxis which destination you are visiting.
Taxi Share
For River Cottage HQ evening events book Floyd's taxi and minibus: 01297 560733 in advance.
If several guests book and share Floyd's for the same evening event at River Cottage HQ then the fare reduces pro rata per couple.
Sharing a Floyd's taxi to and from River Cottage HQ typically costs: 2 = £24; 4 = £30; 6 = £35; 8 = £40.
You won't know until the evening if others from Hedgehog Corner are sharing the trip as guests book in at different times.
Please bear in mind that a visit to the HQ often involves a long wait for the taxi between rides on the transporter from the farm to the car park. It is a set fare rather than by the meter in case you are delayed coming back to the car park.
Any taxis for a Sunday should be booked in advance or you won't get one!
